Purpose ：

Ubenimex hydrochloride is a competitive, reversible protease inhibitor. It inhibits arginyl aminopeptidase (aminopeptidase B), leukotriene A4 hydrolase (zinc metalloprotease showing epoxide hydrolase and aminopeptidase activity), alanyl aminopeptidase (aminopeptidase M/N), and leucyl/cystamyl aminopeptidase (cathepsin/vasopressinase) (leukotriene D4 hydrolase).
